The History of Women of Valor

“Women of Valor began in 2008 and has been performed each year for the past seventeen years. Back in 2008, Todd Salovey, Ali Viterbi, and Leah Salovey sat around a table every week at the Ralph’s in La Jolla. There, they imagined, created, and co-wrote the first ever Women of Valor script. Over the past 17 years, the team of writers have interviewed and shared the stories of 112 women. Each of the 112 strong, committed, and passionate women have inspired so many audiences over the years to pursue a life of Jewish service and meaning.”
