Ticket Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Final Sale Policy

All ticket sales are final. Because our performances are one-time-only events, we do not offer refunds, "missed show" credits, or ticket resale services.

2. Inter-Show Exchanges

While we do not offer refunds, we allow patrons to move their investment to a different production under the following conditions:

  • Advance Notice: Requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled performance.

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are only available for shows sold directly through our Box Office.

  • Price Adjustment: If the new show is more expensive, the difference must be paid at the time of exchange. If the new show is less expensive, the difference is considered a donation to the theatre; no cash back or "change" will be given.

  • One-Time Only: A ticket may only be exchanged once.

3. Third-Party & Festival Partner Tickets

Important: We host several performances in partnership with outside festivals.

  • Tickets for these 5 specific shows are sold via external platforms:
    Regenerate! (May 17) sold through Coastal Roots Farm; Samuel, His Widow and the Whispering Flowers (May 24)  sold through The Lawrence Family JCC; The 17th Women of Valor (June 3) sold through The Lawrence Family JCC; Patrick Page & Perla Batalla Looking For Leonard sold through The Conrad Prebys Performing Arts Center and Budapest, Budapest (July 13& 14) sold through New Village Arts.

  • Our Box Office cannot view, exchange, or refund tickets purchased through partner systems.

  • Patrons must contact the original point of purchase for any issues regarding those specific tickets.

4. Ticket Donations

If you cannot attend and do not wish to exchange for another show, you may "turn back" your tickets as a tax-deductible donation. This must be done at least 2 hours before showtime. We will issue a donation receipt for the face value of the tickets.

5. Cancellations

If a show is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., artist illness, weather, or technical failure):

  • If Rescheduled: Your tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement.

  • If Cancelled: You will receive a full refund to the original method of payment.
